It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for all activity carried out using your account.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact us immediately and change your password.
3.3 Account Verification
dbk33 reserves the right to verify your identity to ensure security and prevent fraud. For this purpose, a national ID card, passport, or other valid documents may be requested.
4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
4.1 Deposit Terms
The following payment methods are currently accepted on dbk33: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, they may be delayed if a verification process is ongoing or in exceptional circumstances.
Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit, unless a different arrangement is made for a specific reason.
4.3 Currency
All transactions on the dbk33 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).
5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 20 times (wagering requirement). Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total balance.
Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, dbk33 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all bonuses. Using bonuses from multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or household is not permitted.
6 Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play
All games on the dbk33 platform are conducted fairly and transparently. The use of any fraudulent software, bots, or automated systems is strictly prohibited.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a technical error or disconnection occurs during a game, dbk33 will review the situation and take appropriate action. In such cases, the system's server records will be treated as the final authority.
6.3 Game Cancellation
If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error or shows a faulty result, dbk33 reserves the right to void or restart that game's bet.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dbk33 platform:
- Creating multiple accounts for the same person.
- Registering an account with a false identity or false age.
- Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
- Abusing bonuses or gaining unfair advantage through manipulation.
- Attempting to defraud other users or manipulate game outcomes.
- Attempting to bypass the platform's security measures.
- Harassing or threatening other users.
Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.
8 VIP Program & Rewards
dbk33's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:
- Bronze tier: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver tier: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold tier: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Your tier is determined based on your gaming activity. Use the platform regularly and actively to move up to a higher tier. Cashback benefits may also be subject to wagering requirements — contact the support team for details.
9 Limitation of Liability
The dbk33 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. dbk33 accepts no responsibility for the following:
- Loss caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
- Issues arising from third-party software or services.
- Temporary unavailability of the platform or maintenance downtime.
- Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or breach of these Terms.
In the event of any dispute, all server logs and game history will be treated as final evidence, with dbk33's records being authoritative.
